Adrenaline Announces Key Additions to C-Suite and Leadership Team

Executive leadership expands and elevates company’s expertise in brand experiences

Wednesday, September 7, 2022 – To stay ahead of dynamic market forces and deliver on new growth opportunities, Adrenaline is excited to announce the expansion of the company’s C-Suite and leadership team. These new roles reflect the strength and breadth of this diverse brand experience company, helping to scale Adrenaline’s vision in an ever-evolving marketplace.

“The way we activate our company leadership is critical to how we build our business and operate as an organization,” says Sean Keathley, president and CEO of Adrenaline. “This growth in leadership represents an expansion of our expertise and capabilities, allowing us to better anticipate the needs of our clients and the demands of a changing industry.”

Industry veteran Juliet D’Ambrosio is being elevated to Chief Brand Officer. As CBO, Juliet will lead brand experience for the company and clients to drive growth, exemplifying the company’s focus on leveraging brand for business advantage. With 20-plus years’ experience in building some of the globe’s most notable brands, including Coca-Cola, Samsung, and S&P Global, she will guide brand image, promise, design and experience, unleash powerful storytelling and champion culture for the company and clients. 

Andy Dykstra is joining Adrenaline as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Andy will lead the company’s comprehensive partnership strategy, optimize operations and delivery for client success, and implement companywide strategies for organizational integration. With 25 years’ experience leading both advertising agencies and implementation companies and demonstrated operational expertise, he brings uniquely deep knowledge into the full breadth of the company’s business.

Ben Hopper is joining Adrenaline as Managing Director of Retail Strategy. In this new role, Ben will oversee the delivery of branch network optimization and transformation consulting, manage and grow the analytics team, and deepen the company’s bench expertise in retail delivery and network strategy. Ben brings powerful client-side insights to the role; before joining Adrenaline, he served in leadership roles at both USAA and First Horizon, one of the nation’s largest community banks.
